Bus Driver Eggs On Students in Snowball Fight? What a nut!
This lady has got be off her rocker. She's supposedly responsible for driving kids around in a school bus for Loudoun County. Apparently, Katina M. Mitchell, 34, of Sterling, was charged with seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor when she allegedly offered money to some kids to through snowballs at another kid. What kind of world is this?

According to Fox 5 - two middle school students get into an argument. It somehow transitions to the driver. The driver supposedly offers $5 to throw a snoball at one of the students, and $20 for putting snow down the 13 year old's clothing. The students asked if she was serious and she supposedly responded yes, that she could bring the cash the next day. Then seven kids attacked the 13 year old boy with snow/snowballs. The kid ended up bruised and with a bloody nose.
The bus driver is facing a $2500 fine and/or one year in prison.
