Potomac Farms Community Concerned About Smith Circle East Closure

To accomodate the new interchange/construction at Loudoun County Parkway and Route 7, VDOT will be closing off the Smith Circle east entry/exit. Potomac Farms has a lot of history in the area and many of the residents have been here long before all the big construction started. Anyone who has tried to exit from the Smith Circle east portal knows that it's a tough one to navigate. However, there are indeed concerns that range from timing to practicality.
