Loudoun County Parkway / Route 7 Interchange Groundbreaking

It's good news that this has started. Thanks to the post by NovaHomeGuy, DullesHomeGuy and the anonymous post on the previous blog entry, we know about the groundbreaking ceremony that took place yesterday. I drove by the interchange around 1130 as well yesterday. There is now an article in Leesburg Today:
